Gail Rubinfeld was inspired by her identical twin sister, Miri (Marian) Rosenfeld to become a professional artist.
She has sold many of her prints and originals and will donate a percentage of sales of artwork to “Ma‘agan, The Jerusalem Support Center For Those Affected by Cancer”, in memory of her twin sister, Miri.
Gail graduated from Pratt Institute, NY in 1974. One of her mixed media collage paintings was recently selected for the MOSI Museum national juried Arc Gallery show “unseen” in Tampa, Florida.
She exhibits regularly in group shows and her work is currently in a solo show in Sarasota. Her work encompasses abstract collage, and also oil painting portraits, figures and landscapes.
Her background includes fashion design in New York, real estate, interior design and innkeeping.
She works from her Florida studio and her art is in private collections in the United States, Israel, UK and Switzerland. Her artwork has helped create a permanent home for “Ma’agan” where Miri’s art work is on display
